What is Chinese language used for ?What is the right way of the education of Chinese language ?Based on the theories of linguistics , pedagogics , psychology and educational psychology , this essay focuses on the theme that the core of education of Chinese language should be the "speech" , and it explains that the connotation of the Chinese is not language but "speech" .
