Recently there are so many errors of coherence in many students' writings in high school. "A standard composition should have clear views, informative content, true and healthy feeling, and transparent configuration. The students should choose the right material according to major idea and arrange the structure in writing with reason. "(New standard of teaching Chinese for high school, 2003) This paper classifies the errors of cohesion on the base of studying many students' writings. There are four types in the error: changing the subject, muddy relations among some sentences, wrong sequence of sentences and lack of lexical cohesion. According to the study, we try to fully understand the characteristics of cohesion of text linguistics. Finally we put forward some suggestions such as emphasizing the subject, reference of words and rhetoric. Along with one pays attention to harmony with rhythm.
