In the 1980s, modernism art started afresh to enter China massively and had a profound effect on the development of the art future in China. But there was a problem that, facing modernism art works, admirers always had a psychological phenomenon, namely "aesthetic fatigue". Especially for the abstract art, that was a strange world and an art world that we were eager to understand. With the appearance of the Criteria on New Courses of Art, a kind of "humane" and "popular" modern aesthetic education has gradually replaced "technical" and "essential" traditional aesthetic education. Nowadays, through art appreciation education, cultivating a person who has a sense of aesthetic and is artistically accomplished has become the base of the art education. At the same time, the change of ideology spurs the teaching methods standards of art appreciation on to renew and to perfect. "Feldman's Appreciation Procedure", "Different Essence, Same Structure", " Network's 5 Steps", " 5 Acts" have fully proved the concept of the Criteria on New Courses of Art. Art appreciation mainly cultivates students' aesthetic judgment through appreciation activity, not just only to master how many art history and technique theories. Its basic purpose is to learn having a fine mood to face the society and the future. Art education in school is under the instruction of the all-round development on the quality education ideology and in the school education system, to develop students' subjects by means of art activity. Its aim is not to cultivate professional artists, but enable them to master the art knowledge through art education and develop their all sorts of abilities and character on art. Combine Babushka's theory: the typical feature of education activity is that it is not following the same pattern. The most avoidable thing in the teaching is the dogmatism and rigid formula on the forms and methods application of the teaching and education. Start from the essential factors of " Art is the visual art, art itself is creation and art is feelings", we research the courses teaching design about the abstract art and probe into the suitable courses teaching methods and standards to promote the teaching results of the abstract art...
