One important research subject that educational reforms for international teachers focus on is "teaching reflection" and "reflective teacher —education". The aim of teaching reflection is to help teachers increase their rational freedom and make them have much more self-awareness of some decisive factors as to the belief and the cause-effect of teaching practice, which will keep teachers under their rational self-control without any form of limitedness so that it can make them grow up in a status of open, and continual development.The new-round reforms of the latest elementary education curriculum in China pose new demands for teacher's occupation. Obviously, teachers cannot meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform with their previous teaching experience. By means of transforming traditional education conceptions, teaching behaviors, teachers' roles so as to carry out the new theories of new curriculum effectively, teachers must pay more attention to teaching reflection and try to become the pioneers of it.This paper analyzes the concepts , contents , models of teaching reflection on mathematics, and makes some elementary research on the issues of teaching reflection that is applied in class practice by means of literature analysis and teaching cases study.The first part of this paper, is about the theoretical review of teaching reflection; the second part, discusses teaching reflection on mathematics; the third part, discusses the dimensionality, approaches and level; the forth part, discusses the models of teaching reflection and contents.The innovations in this paper are: one is to establish contents and emphases of teaching reflection, and avoid the emptiness and lack of key-points on the basis of classification of mathematic knowledge , teaching reflection objectives and behavior of students and teachers; the other is to design the model of reflective teaching through the mathematic teaching, which makes the two models of teaching proceed simultaneously. Therefore, it can function as a role of watching and adjusting teaching.
