Community development campaign, under the advocacy of the UN, has spread to every country and region, and gradually education factor becomes a focus. Our country proposed a new proposition, building a harmonious socialism, and building a harmonious community has been put on the agenda. With the development of society, some new situations in our community development have appeared, and the functions of the community have changed. Consequently, all of them produce new demands on education.Beginning from the current state of community development and community adult education, this study found some problems. For example, community development exists insufficient concern about people. And community adult education has not formed its own characteristics for the services to community development. In order to solve those problems and build a harmonious community, I believe that it is necessary and feasible to promote the benign interaction between community development and community adult education. By collecting relevant information and inspecting the whole condition of communitydevelopment and community adult education, I put forward to my study------TheDiscussion of Benign Interaction between Community Development and Community Adult Education. According to introduce the relationship between community development and community adult education, and explain the factors affecting this kind of relationship. The aim of this study is to form a series of recommendations and measures theoretically in order to enrich community development and community adult education theory.This paper has four parts. Part I, by explaining the basic concepts------community, community development, community adult education, I lay thefoundation for the next step of research. Part II, the writer analyzes the interaction between community development and community adult education from actual situation and should-be situation. Community development is the basis for the development of community adult education, while community adult education is the impetus of community development. Having the consistent education nature, they promote each other. However, in reality, there are some deviations from their relationship. Part III, we analyze the factors, such as macro-social environment, community development level, the government, schools and others, when we consider their interaction in a social space. Part IV is the focus of the article, in which we take the interaction between community development and community adult education as the main line, and the writer puts forward to the channels of achieving it, from the macro, meso and micro levels. At the macro level, we establish the guiding philosophy and principle of their interaction, mainly in the conception. At the meso level, we build the financial and legal guarantee system and management mechanism, and explore organizational forms of community adult education which adapts to the community development. At the micro level, we construct a series of strategies to improve the quality of community adult educators, to build four-latitude adult education workers formed by managers, full-time and the part-time teachers, volunteers, researchers. Also, we must do our best to develop community adult education courses with community characteristics, and inspire community adults' learning enthusiasm through various means.
