Research On The Development Of Adult Education Resources In Qilihe Community Of Zheng Zhou City

With the establishment of British Arts and Crafts Society in 1785 by the University of Gossla,the history of community education in foreign countries has been more than 200 years.The establishment of Shanghai Zhenru Middle School Social Education Committee in 1986 marked the beginning of the practical exploration of community education in China.Since the development of community education,the development of educational resources has become the key to the future development of community education.Under the background of building a learning society,this paper investigates the development of adult education resources in Qilihe Community of Zhengzhou City by means of questionnaires and interviews,understands the effectiveness and problems of the development of adult education resources in this community,and analyses the causes of these problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.Around the research theme,this paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter ?,Introduction.The content includes the proposition of the problem,the purpose and significance of the research,and the status quo of the development of community education resources at home and abroad.Chapter ?,theoretical basis and research design.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of community education,and holds that community education resources can be divided into four categories: financial resources,material resources,human resources and intangible education resources.Secondly,on this basis,it discusses the theories related to resource development,including lifelong education theory,sustainable development theory and system theory.Finally,the research methods and process of this paper are described in detail,mainly using the methods of literature,investigation and interview.Chapter ?,the analysis of the current situation of the development of adult education resources in Qilihe community of Zhengzhou city.Firstly,it elaborates the policy support,operation mode and general situation of educational resources inQilihe community.Through questionnaires and case interviews,it elaborates and analyses the achievements and problems found in community educational resources.Chapter ?,Zhengzhou Qilihe community adult education resources development countermeasures.According to the specific situation of Qilihe community,the idea of community education resources development is expanded from three aspects:changing ideas,concrete practice and mechanism guarantee.
