Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Adult Education Development In Western Rural Communities

The economic development of the western rural areas is relatively slow.In recent years,with the country's increasing attention to the western rural area,the western rural area has obtained new development opportunities.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which is helpful to strengthen the construction of rural areas in western China and promote the development of adult education in rural communities in western China.Adult education in western rural communities is an important cornerstone of rural development in western China and an important way to improve residents' education level.Basic education in western rural areas is relatively weak,and the development of adult education in rural communities can help supplement the deficiency of basic education,improve the quality of residents,promote the improvement of productivity,and promote the overall development of western rural areas.This paper investigates the development level of adult education in western rural communities,reveals the dilemma of adult education development in western rural communities and breaks through the obstacles of adult education development in western rural communities.It is helpful for more researchers and practitioners to pay attention to and think about the development of adult education in rural communities in western China,enrich and improve the research results of adult education in rural areas,promote the development of adult education in rural communities in western China,and promote the construction of rural areas in western China.This study uses literature analysis to analyze the existing relevant research materials of adult education in western rural communities.Through questionnaire survey and interview,we conducted a field survey of rural communities in Tongde county,Qinghai province.Based on the analysis of the research results,the difficulties and reasons for the development of adult education in rural communities in Tongde County are obtained,and the countermeasures for the development of adult education in rural communities in western China are put forward.The main contents of this study include the following four parts:The first part explains the reason and purpose of the topic,combs the related research results,clarifies the research ideas and research methods,and defines the related concepts of adult education in rural communities in western China.The second part takes Tongde county of Qinghai province as the research object and investigates the development status of adult education in its rural communities by questionnaire and interview.The research results were analyzed from five aspects: residents' cognition of rural community adult education,rural community residents' educational needs,implementation ofrural community adult education,evaluation of community residents' implementation status of adult education and development dilemma of rural community adult education.The third part analyzes the development dilemma and causes of adult education in rural communities in western China.The Development of Adult Education in Rural Community in Western China is confronted with difficulties such as insufficient understanding of adult education in rural communities,insufficient investment in funds,weak teachers,limited curriculum resources and lagging management system.The poor natural environment,diversified cultural environment,inadequate basic education of community residents and limited economic strength are the main reasons for their predicament.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures for the development of adult education in western rural communities.To improve the development environment of adult education in western rural communities by guiding the development of adult education in western rural communities and creating an atmosphere of adult learning in western rural communities;To strengthen the adult education planning and management in western rural communities by making overall plans for the development of adult education in western rural communities,optimizing the adult education management system in western rural communities,and absorbing multiple subjects to participate in adult education management;With the help of the creation of diversified financing mechanism,strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the curriculum system to strengthen the western rural community adult education elements support;Based on the establishment of independent adult education institutions,the construction of virtual network learning platform and the development of adult education combined with rural community activities to establish the western rural community adult education practice carrier.
