The schooling must cultivate the full-scale talented person. Inschool education, the students are requested not only to grasp the certainknowledge and skill, but also to form the good moral accomplishment. Theoccupational morals will directly affect the student's later performanceon the work post: be helpful to deepen the understanding on occupationalmorals in our society. Favor in the adjustment to the contradiction inoccupational activity, let the social relation more harmonious, favorfurther safeguards on the people's benefit and impel the socialisticdevelopment. Therefore, the occupational morals education on collegestudents is an important part in the university moral education even inthe entire education. However since long ago, the educational circles hasnot paid enough attention on the university occupational morals education,which is nearly the "no war zone" in the university education. In recentyears, some scholars have carried on preliminary discussion in the domainof the university occupational morals education, but there was muchlimitation in the theory and in practice. In order to drawing theuniversities educator's more attention on the occupational moralseducation for college students, promoting the development of theoccupational morals education for college students, this article attemptsin analyzing preliminary work of the occupational morals education inuniversities. And then after considered the problem existing in theuniversity occupational morals education, we made efforts to constructa more complete university occupational morals education system. So thatwe can provide model and enlightenment to our university occupationalmorals education in establishing goal, constructing the curriculum system,implementing and consummating teaching forms, which will bring profitsto our country universities occupational morals education effect. Thisarticle is composed by four parts: In the first part, we analyzed the necessarily of universityoccupational morals education in our country. In this part, we interpretedoccupational morals and education in occupational morals firstly. Thenaccording to the level of the college students' occupational morals, thecharacteristics of college students' development and the requests ineducation for all-around development and in obtaining employment, weexplained that why we should make efforts in developing universityoccupational morals education.In the second part, we emphatically discussed the achievement we hadobtained and the problems in university occupational morals education inour country. We explored the achievement, which we have obtained in ouruniversity occupational morals education. Through reconsidering the pasthistory, we found that many people paid more attention on the universityoccupational morals education, deepened the research on the goal, thecurriculum reformation and the education principle of universityoccupational morals education., enriched the strategy and the practiceway. In university occupational morals education, paid more attention onthe morals of the teachers. Finally, we summarized the insufficiency,which exists, in our university occupational morals education. Theinsufficiency include that the regard on university occupational moralseducation was not enough, the occupational morals education became moreand more marginal, the goal was too ambiguous, the. Curriculum system wasintegrated, the ways that how to educate the students were simple andunceremonious, persons qualified to teach were very deficient.In the last part, we emphatically discussed how to construct theuniversity occupational morals education system in our time. Accordingto the correlative theories, we brought out some advice andcountermeasures in university occupational morals education. The adviceincluded that renovating the conception and confirming the goal inoccupational morals education, establishing an integrated curriculumsystem, establishing the principle in university occupational moralseducation, creating the environment in which the university occupationalmorals education can be regarded, improving the mechanism of feedback andestimate.
