College students are valuable human resources.They are the main force of sectors of society in the future. With the popularization of higher education and the dramatic increase in the number of graduates, employers faced more and more problems when they recruited graduates. Such as their quality requirements are also increasing.They not only require them to have a solid professional base, but also have good moral qualities, especially a good occupational moral. Students can have good occupational moral and the ethics to reach a certain level. These conditions have become an important standard for college students. Therefore, in order to train more useful community talents, students should fully recognize the importance of college students’ occupational moral. All should effectively improve awareness of occupational moral, stimulate emotions.This paper studies on its present situation, goals, content, methods and strategies about college students’ occupational moral. Text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter preface is about the background, present, method research and implementation in the study.Author recognized the academic has made remarkable achievements in occupational moral.But there are still some areas not yet explored in depth.The second chapter preface is about the definition of occupational moral. In different cultural contexts, define the moral, occupational moral, occupational moral education and college students’ occupational moral education.And using the six moral theories to support the text. These are moral cognitive development theory, value clarification theory, the humanistic and moral education theory, and understanding and concerned about the moral education theory, model and demonstration theory and the theory of social action.The third chapter preface is about summing up a common occupational moral education major problem. Author randomly surveyed1000students in10colleges.The fourth chapter preface is about building occupational moral education objectives, content and methods from focusing on a harmonious system of values and Civic Morality outline.The fifth chapter preface is about putting forward countermeasures to promote innovation in occupational moral education. That should be updated sense of college students’occupational moral, built a reasonable system of college students’ occupationmoral, explored the main way, strengthened the university’s faculty of occupational moral and build a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation college students’occupational moral education.In this paper, author focus on using literature and comparative study of law methods. Research analysis and compare the domestic and foreign college students’ occupational moral education.Draw its essence and remove its dregs. The use of questionnaires, through statistics, data analysis, summing up a common occupational moral education major problem. Attempt to reflect and analyze the basis of reality, putting forward countermeasures form a multi-dimensional response to college students’occupational moral education, further improving the system and models of college students’occupational moral education. And thus to provide reference and basis for moral education.
