The new turn of elementary education curriculum had the significant reform in goal, function,content, structure, implementation, appraisal and management etc. But this series of reforms finally allmust depend on the teacher to realize in the school edition teaching practice, consummate. The teachermust go with the new curriculum colleague, have to meet the new curriculum need, must transform the role,study and grasp the new specialized request and the skill. In the new curriculum the teacher should go onwith the self-renewal, the self-development and end as the research teacher.This article takes the new curriculum idea as the instruction, by doing "about the researchchemistry teacher's characteristic" questionnaire survey through the Changchun partial keymiddle schools, the general-studies middle school as well as the privately established highschool's chemistry teachers and interviewing Changchun famous chemistry research teacherand union obtained literature, thus determine research chemistry teacher's characteristic. Thisarticle uses a document way to conduct the research, has reconsidered the disparity betweenoneself with the research chemistry teacher, proposes the practical and feasible improvementmeasure, sharpens own ability diligently in the teaching in order to adapt the new requestwhich the new curriculum proposed and work hard to be a research chemistry teacher soon.This article research is based on the current teaching reality, and the goal is to provide acase for chemistry colleagues who want to enhance own accomplishment so as to help themadapt to the new challenges that the new curriculum proposed to us.
