The acute movement has the simulative action to inside free radical production. Themovement may lead to appear the high oxidation which is supposed to stir up thephenomenon occurrence, when the great intensity oxygen movement carries on, the speed offree radical production can increase, This time, the speed of inside free radical production ishigher than the elimination speed, so that the free radical density is elevated, and it hasachieved the level to harm the ability of organism movement.To study the influence of non-adaptation training rat's serum free radical level andthe antioxidase activeness influence through the different time acute endurance swimmingmovement, and to discuss after different time acute endurance swimming the rule of thenon-adaptation training rat serum free radical production and the antioxidase active change,these Provide the reference to realize sport fatigue of non-adaptation training personfrom free radical point of view.This experiment selects healthy male Wistar rat 32, 1 month old, the body weight is183~216 gram. after observing 3 days in which they eat food and drink water freely,stochastically divides them into peaceful comparison group 8 (C), 1h swimming group 8 (E1),2h swimming group (E2), endeavoring swimming group 8 (E3). Peaceful comparison group Care beheaded and drawn serum under the peaceful condition, movement group E1, E2, E3separately instantly behead after the corresponding movement time draws serum. Determinesthe target of free radical metabolism and the enzyme defense system reflected by MDA,SOD, and the GSH-PX in the rat blood serum .The result of the experiment indicates: 1) The situation of free radical production is:Compared with peaceful group C, the E1 group free radical production has not remarkablyand visibly increased, the E2 group free radical production remarkably increases, the E3group free radical production extremely and remarkably increases. It indicates that to the ratthat has no training experiences, the free radical production lengthens along with themovement time increases. 2) The situation of the antioxidase active change is compared withpeaceful group C, E1 group antioxidase activeness has not visibly and remarkably dropped,the E2 group antioxidase activeness remarkable drops, E3 antioxidase activeness extremelyremarkably drops. This indicates that the non-adaptation training rat's the anti-oxidizedability reduces along with the time lengthens .Conclusion:1. In different time acute endurance Swimming, along with movement time lengthening,the change relations of non-adaptation training rat between blood serum free radical and theantioxidase activeness is, along with movement time lengthening, the rat's free radicalproduction presents increases tendency, rat serum antioxidase activeness presents descendenttendency, but these two kinds of tendencies are by no means straight-line direct ratiorelations.2. Because there is remarkable difference among the endeavoring group, the peacefulgroup and the 1 hour swimming group in the free radical production, simultaneously theremarkable difference exits in antioxidase activeness dropping, therefore, from the free radicalmetabolism aspect, the viewpoint that the long time great physiological exercise movement isharmful to organism health.
