| The new teaching idea of a new round china elemeutary is to constract a new teachingmodel which is based on the actively taking part in of student ,the interaction,collaborationand inquiry innovation between teacher and students to educate talents which are good atinnovation and adapt and meet the need of our new era and developing society. How to createor choose a practical way to realize it is the key to improving the carrying out of theguality-oriented education. According to this recognition ,It is necessary to research on theconstruction and practical of the teaching model. This article benefited from overseaseducation scientific research achievement-----"5E" teaching model proposed by US Prof.Trowbridge and Bybee in 1990,based on investigating"5E"includes the steps of engagement,exploration, explanation, elaboration and evaluation. This article connects the theme ofeducation for all-around accomplishments development closely and unifies the subjectscharacteristic. Starting with the analysis of Chinese students' psychology and behavior habit,it extents the "5E" teaching model, which has been proved to be a successful one by practiceoverseas to "7E" educational model. It includes:Excite,Explore,Explain,Expand,Extend,Exchange, Evaluate. By comparing the traditional teaching model and the "7E"teachingmodel, this article well showed the characteristic of "7E" teaching model in detail .In order tocarry out "7E"successfully the article put forward some methods to improve the studyingstrategy, including some problems which people should pay attention to and suggestions tostudents and teachers when they carry out "7E"teaching model."7E"teaching model haschanged teaching ideas and behavior and improved teachers level of teaching. It try to makestudents learn to be the all-around accomplishment development students with lifelonglearning ability and creative quality. This method realized the improvement of teachingstructure and the education of students' creative thinking.
