Individualized educational thought in China is widely inheritance and development.With the era of progress and development, educational background, and ideas are constantlychanging, individualized understanding and knowledge are constantly changing. Especiallywith the advent of the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, new understanding of the meaning ofintelligence, operational ideological guidance for the implementation of individualized. Thispaper attempts to use multiple intelligences theory to the system of individualized teachingmode, in-depth analysis in order to enhance the effectiveness of the study of theory andpractice.The Theory of Multiple Intelligences that verbal linguistic intelligence, mathematical-logical intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, musical-the rhythm of smart, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal-interaction intelligent, self-reflection of intelligence to avariety of intelligent understanding of different people to develop their potential. Educationadvocated by the theory of multiple intelligences to promote all-round development ofstudents of different intelligence, understanding of students’ individual differences, theimplementation of individualized. Understand the theory of multiple intelligences theorythinking and individualized teaching mode characteristics, types and problems, the use ofmultiple intelligences theory to reconstruct the teaching model to analyze the structure andcharacteristics of individualized teaching mode in the theory of multiple intelligencesperspective to carry out the implementation of individualized instruction mode of the strategicand organizational methods to provide guidance. Multiple Intelligence Theory,research-oriented individualized teaching mode, the basic structure, improve individualizedteaching mode to build, to make up for past deficiencies. The starting point for teachers fromthe eight intelligences drive the development of intelligence in the students, the establishmentof a variety of teaching organizational forms and enrich their teaching activities. All these willprovide teachers with new ideas and provide a variety of teaching and organization for thedevelopment of student personality smart.The Theory of Multiple Intelligences promote the development of the potential of students,and promote the overall development of students, in line with the requirements of the newcurriculum reform and quality education, the use of individualized mode to carry out.Educational thinking of theory of Multiple Intelligences, operational ideological guidance for the development of individualized teaching mode.
