Entrance Examination for College (EEC) is a kind of selective examination. For a long time, because of the guiding effect of EEC, the focus on examining and distinguishing has exerted a great influence on the teaching of chemistry. Therefore, the review of chemistry of Grade 3, senior high focuses on the short-term effect and the tactics of doing many exercises. However, at the same time, it damages students'initiatives and learning capacity, and leads to the enormous waste of intellectual resources in education. This is a prominent common problem in the review of chemistry of Grade 3 at present.Within the advancing of reform of EEC and the practicing of new curriculums, it is increasingly a main topic of elementary education to promote all-round, independent and harmonious developments of students. In order to guide review for EEC efficiently and enhance scientific accomplishments, the review of Grade 3 must be applied with new curriculum ideas, focusing on basis, giving prominence to capacity, and concerning more about the forming of learning process, subject-learning methods and learning capacity. It is in this background that this paper makes the general research on the review strategies of Grade 3.The review of chemistry of Grade 3 is a process of systematizing, internetalizing, regularizing and capabilizing knowledge of the subject in a limited period of time. The paper makes the changing of learning style of students the breakthrough point, emphasizes that through optimizing learning strategies, students independently form the network components of chemistry knowledge, comprehend the method of thinking which is contained in the subject system., thereby to promote the forming of independent learning strategies of students and to heighten the abilities to flexibly analyze and solve problems. This strategy not only meets the developing needs of the reform of EEC, but also will have a profound effect on the lifelong developments of students.Combined three-dimensional objects of scientific accomplishments of the new curriculums of chemistry, the paper advance the objects of the review of chemistry of Grade 3 on the basis of analysis of concerned references. The narration of the strategies emphasizes on the review guide on the contents of different parts in different stages, with spots and sides together, full and accurate contents, and clear outlines. The author believes that through the exploration of the subject, this paper will apply useful references to the theory of present review of chemistry of Grade 3, especially for the teaching practice.
