In the 21 century, all of the educators make a new issue about the relation of teachingand assessment in the every country. And they make a new accord of the integration of T & Athat causes "the teaching" and "the assessment" by the condition which mutually separatesoriginally moves towards fuses mutually. The integration of T & A are refers to "the teaching"and "the assessment" is in the teaching implementation process at the same time has, theinalienable organic whole. They affect mutually, promote mutually, serve for the qualitypromoting of teaching and studying unceasingly. Japan and US's research in this aspect isearly, moreover has formed the independent theory system, and consummates unceasingly inthe practice. Our country in theory has the research, but the utilization in the practice is weak.Present paper has formulated "the integration of T & A "research model by the foundationwhich analyzes and combs the domestic and foreign theory and practice of "the integration ofT & A". And take the Chinese subject of elementary school as the support, with the teachertogether in practice develop and utilize it.The present paper is composed by five parts:The first part is a foreword. Introduce the research technique choice, the action researchtechnique outline and the research process with emphasis.The second part is the fundamental research part. I comb the theory and the practice of"the integration of T & A" in domestic and foreign. The theories and the practice research isthe foundation which I designs "the integration of T & A" and the action research.The third part elaborated the special significance of "the integration of T & A" whichimplements in Chinese of elementary school. This part mentioned from the Chinese subjectcharacteristic, has analyzed the question of the assessment in Chinese subject and thesignificance of "the integration of T & A".The fourth part is the present paper key part. This part has presented a real actionresearch process. Through observation which carries on to the T elementary school Chineseclassroom instruction, I understood to the general condition which existed in this schoolChinese classroom instruction. And does the action research together with the teacher, carrieson the development and the design research of "the integration of T & A" in a teaching unit.we have encountered many difficulties, and through our reconsidering we has carried on theadjustment to the action promptly.The fifth part is this research conclusion and reconsidering...
