The new turn of mathematics curriculum reforms from the idea, the content to theimplementation, all has changes. Teachers are the key points to achieve the goal whichmathematics curriculum reforms. The teacher is not only the knowledge instruction, butalso is the guide, the organizer and the collaborator which the student studies. Teacher'steaching ability is the crucial factor which affects the teaching quality and the effect,also is always one of the main point of the teacher specialization research.This research has mainly used the literature research technique and in the socialsciences research highlights its charm the document research technique to conduct theresearch day by day. The author have sorted out and analyzed the relevant theoriesabout teaching of mathematics , mathematics study conscientiously . On the theoreticalfoundation studied in mathematics education , teacher's ability ,etc. in advance, combinethe course idea of new mathematics, build the structure of constructing teacher'steaching ability of mathematics of high school.This research mainly emphasize on the teaching behavior of a senior mathematicsteacher, to analyze the case with method of qualitative research, by the researcherherself as the tool, uses the many kinds of acquisition of information method under thenatural situation to conduct the integrity research. The paper collected the researchmaterial mainly to use research technique and so on interview law, method of inspection,in kind work collection law, literature law. The collection material has attends a lecturethe record, the interview record, the lesson plan, the teaching diary and so on, in whichattends a lecture the record, and the interview recording in solicits in the situation whichis permitted by the researcher to use the sound recording to add the recording the way,and carries on the reorganization after the recording explanation. Pass the case study ofthe high school mathematics teacher experienced in teaching of a location , find theproblem existing in current mathematics education and predicament which the teacherface progressively , explore and form and develop the route of teacher's teaching abilityof mathematics.The author combine teaching practise , put forward about teaching ability form andsuggestion that develop , Mr. of mathematics , on the basis of theoretical research, to geton normal colleges and schools student of work position and get on teacher of workposition helpful already soon, improve the enlightenment to some extent of teacher'steaching ability of mathematics to the educational administrator.
