Since the new reform on the elementary education curriculum, the mathematic textbook in primary school has changed a lot. A new situation, which is about the growth of the number of textbook, has become more popular day by day. There is also a rising of require about the evaluation and control on the quality of the textbook. Nowadays in china,although have made great effort on the research of textbook but there is still very lack of the evaluation research. For example,the lake of feasibility, e.t. To evaluate a textbook from a quality control judgment should pay more attention on the need of the"customers"of the textbook, In order to fulfill the aerial need from textbook user, such as mathematic teachers, students, parents, society, etc, we should mix the require, harmony them, and then scientify them. It is found that different customer has different need on textbook quality. For instance, the students wanna have a"learning material"textbook, as the teachers want to have a"resource-storehouse"textbook.It can be found from the study: the core of the quality-evaluation of textbook is evaluating the book by the fulfill-degree of the customers'needs. The evaluating standard can be different as the evaluation aims, evaluation targets, evaluation subjects differ.Textbook evaluation is a big-complicate program. To judge from the quality control judgment does not means copying, but take the advantage of it, and make good use in education evaluation. The quality-evaluation of textbook can be & should be an important part of the textbook evaluation.
