In recent years, Shanghai in the PISA test of outstanding achievements, making similar PISA large international learning assessment project has attracted more and more attention. This includes the oldest, the most widely involved in the international comparison project- TIMSS. At present, China’s curriculum reform objectives, evaluation concept has not been well reflected in the practice system.The assessment framework of a scientific system can be considered as the course objectives, evaluation concept to an effective transition between guide and exercises system.This study is based on mathematics textbook exercises system of primary school, based on the TIMSS2015 Mathematics Assessment Framework, Grade 3 and Grade 4 of Shanghai for example. In understanding the assessment concept, assessment index and content of the international assessment project at the same time, help us to further understand the mathematical curriculum implementation and the key elements of mathematical literacy evaluation.This study consists of five parts.Part Ⅰ presents the background and purpose and significance of the research problem, define a few basic concepts.Part Ⅱ is a literature review to compare the relevant TIMSS assessment framework from three levels——comparison with other international TIMSS assessment project, comparison with TIMSS2011 and TIMSS 2015,and Cross-analysis TIMSS2015 framework with "Shanghai Primary and Middle School Mathematics Curriculum Standard" in mathematical literacy.Part Ⅲ describes the specific subject of the present study, r esearch tools, research methods, research ideas sort.Part Ⅳ is mainly based on TIMSS 2015 mathematics assessment framework to compare with the textbook exercise systems. One by one, for example TIMSS assessment in conjunction with the textbooks exercises. To find the consistencies and differences between textbook exercise system and TIMSS2015 assessment framework.Part V conclusions and recommendations for the comparative analysis of the previous section.
