With the development of the modern information technology in the 21 centry, notonly to people's life style,work style and produce style, but also education style, studystyle and thinking style have very great changes.owing to the knowledge updatingperiod shorten, the whole society are changing into a learning type of society. whilethe teachers can transfer the knowledge, they should have the most acute sensing tothe knowledge development, having the freshest knowledge, which need all teachersto study the new knowledge continually, only by this they can catch up the timesdevelopment.In recent years, our country have invested a great deal of money in order todevelop the teachers further education, and have already set up multiply teachersfurther education style based on the teachers status and the actualty of schools'education. Especially with the rapidly development of the network technology,teachers preferred network study for their further education way because of it'sabundant resource, convenience and shortcut, extensive audience, dynamicalexchanging and self-management.Nowadays except few remote schools, network has entered most schools step bystep, and the creat of the hardware has already finished. How to exert the bestefficiency the effect of network on teachers further education, network resoursecreating is the most important question. But nowadays there are too many problemson the content and style of teachers further education, the affect and effect of teachingare too far away of our expect.In this article , network recouse creating based on the constructivism thory andthe particularity of teachers learner, aimed to improve diathesis to adapt the request ofmordern education, set up the teachers further education system which makepopularize and expend mordern education technology as it's center. Synthetize themerit of network education, in order to explore a new style of teachers furthereducation.There are four part in this article:Firstly, analyse the needness and actuality of teachers further education in newperiod; secondly, expatiate the superiority of on-line teachers further education fromthe characteristic of network study; thirdly, construct teachers futher educationmodule in campus network, and explain the technology project; fourthly, analyse aninstance based on the above. The second and third are the principal part.
