Tae Kwon Do sport is from Korea, legs play an important part in one, while hands are assistant. At present, studies about Tae Kwon Do sport from the domestic and foreign the documents include that how to select excellent athlete, the indexes of physiology and biochemistry, application of tactics and situation about swinging legs and so on. Because body is an integrated organization, and intimate cooperation of upper limbs ,lower limbs and trunk is very important .Swinging of upper limbs is helpful of balance and turn-round. Revolution of this paper is that using the research method of sport biomechanics sets up a certain relation between upper limbs and movement construction.1, Through two kinds of experiments about time character ,we can see that time character about restricting arms, 0.37s±0.03,is bigger than free state(0.34s±0.03).Because there aren't upper limbs'cooperation ,and then promote the motion time, and there is the bigger effect on Zhang Ling Ling and Wang Ting(0.40s),Maybe there wasn't so training or less experience before,and time character about restricting arms about kicking phrase is 0.10s±.0.02 which is bigger than free state (0.09±0.01), and then time and velocity decreased relatively, the above can show that there is certain effect about upper limbs on movement construction in Tae Kwon Do Transverse kicking.2,Through two kinds of experiments about center of gravity, we can see that Center of gravity equilibrium is base of stabilizing body. During the practical combating, motive equilibrium is also base of keeping balance, which can remain the change of force in motion. Change of center of gravity is obvious on X axes. Specially Zhang Ting Ting , difference is 0.05m,which can be seen from the wave. Trunk has to rotate enough to finish the whole action without cooperation of upper limbs, and then which added swinging scope on Y axes, and which added eccentric force, so as to keep body not to rotate on the Z axes, and to keep balance , a pair of equilibrium forces were formed between swinging force of upper limbs and eccentric force composed by swinging leg. Upper's compensation action is good to maintain center of gravity equilibrium, so that sporter finished smoothy the motion of transverse kicking, so we can draw the conclusion is that upper limbs contribute to equilibrate in Tae Kwon Do transverse kicking from the theory of the forces equilibrium.3, Through two kinds of experiments about rotating angle of suppporting leg and hip joint, we can see that angle of restricting arms was less than free state and center of gravity on the Z axes was less ahead under the state of restricting arms, and then which will need upper limbs'cooperation, so as to finish"sending hip"motion, and promote further the effective displacement of kicking, doing one's best to reach three point in one line, we can draw the...
