Studies On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Rural Secondary Vocational Education In JinLin Province

This text studies and probes the Secondary Rural Vocational Education (SRVE) of JilLin province by indagating four counties in JiLin for demonstration. Making deep investigations in the current SRVE of JiLin, the author has pointed out the leading problems and deficiencies existing in the SRVE of JiLin today as follows: the drop of enrollments dangers the survival of the SRVE, the unreasonable aim deviates from the demand of agriculture and the town policy, the inferior school-running and teaching-quality is hard to absorb the entrants, the system of vocational education is distempered and lacks of protection. Consulted the leading problems and facts of SRVE in JiLin and the demand to the adjustment of the industrial structure, market and rural economy, the author uses the principle in pedagogy, economics and sociology to analyses social reason and inside reason that hinder the development of SRVE of JiLin by way of investigation,informal discussion and comparison. The author puts forward the countermeasure of SRVE in JiLin from the respects of strengthening the administrative function of the government; widen the way of investments, specialized the teacher of SRVE and establishing advanced vocational colleges and universities.
