| In this thesis the author will analyze the relationship between learning motivation and academic credits, make the experiment scheme according to the characteristics of student's learning motivation of vocational school student on the foundation of grasping the learning motivation of the student of vocational school through questionnaire investigation. Thus widen the range of application of the learning motivation theory, confirm the relevant degree of student's learning motivation of vocational school and academic credits, enrich and develop the teaching management of the vocational school and students' study theory. Which can remedy the deficiency of present learning motivation content of vocational school students, offer the objective materials of learning motivation characteristics of vocational school students, offer arguments for the fact that the theory of society's cognitive orientation of the motive too. The study of learning motivation can also promote vocational school student turn initiative need of study to demand of education, thus reach participating voluntarily. It is the starting point and destination of training and exciting student's learning motivation. Through the study on student's learning motivation of vocational school and academic credits relation, we can define the important function on the academic credits of student's learning motivation of vocational school further, teaching and playing a guiding role to students' management of the vocational school at the same time, offer the psychological theoretical foundation for teaching management and student's management of vocational school, make contribution in improving the education and teaching result of the vocational school , the student's psychological quality of vocational school and cultural dynamics, the students' overall qualities.In the thesis, the author summarized the foreign and domestic existing research and experience that succeed in learning motivation at first, through carrying on questionnaire investigation in person, analyzed student's learning motivation investigation result of vocational school, grasp vocational school students' characteristics and learning motivation, expounded the urgency and necessity in vocational school of carrying on learning motivation research. According to the characteristics of vocational school student's learning motivation, the author designed the research approach of the experiments, chose the parallel classes that accords with the condition to carry on experiment research in the vocational school. Then analyzed the relevant degree of learning motivation and academic credits. The resultsindicated that training and exciting learning motivation could raise academic credits of vocational school student remarkably. Put forward some constructive suggestions to the teaching of the vocational school according to the characteristics of student of vocational school at the end of this text, which trains and excites learning motivation of vocational school students. Questions that should be analyzed and proved in using to promote academic credits of vocational school students and looked forward to better and further study in future.We can work out the conclusion through the real example that achievement motivation and academic credits of vocational school students have remarkable positive correlation; Active attribution of vocational school students is correlated with academic credits positively; The self- efficiency of vocational school students is correlated with academic credits positively; The unable sense of vocational school students is correlated with academic credits negatively. Though the teaching and studying activities of the vocational school are different from the ordinary school, but they are unanimous to the relation between learning motivation and academic credits. This is unanimous with the learning motivation experimental result that was carried on in the ordinary school in the past. It is according to students of vocational school and different characteristics of ordinary school student's psychology. The innovation of this research is to study the relationship between the learning motivation and academic credits of vocational school students. |
