In this study,learning motivation,time management disposition and academic self-efficacy were used as research tools to investigate and analyze Hui secondary vocational students in my school.The purpose is to understand the learning motivation,time management tendency and academic self-efficacy of Hui secondary vocational school students,explore the relationship between the three,and further seek feasible solutions,so as to provide empirical data for the relevant research of secondary vocational school students.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.The learning motivation of Hui students in secondary vocational schools scored the highest in their pursuit of knowledge and enterprising orientation.There was no significant difference between Hui students enrolled voluntarily in their major and those enrolled involuntarily in their major.There was no significant difference between students of different grades and majors in their learning motivation.2.The time management tendencies of Hui secondary vocational school students scored the highest in social orientation.There is no significant difference in time management tendency among different places of origin,whether they are only children,grades and ages.3.There are significant differences between Hui secondary vocational school students who voluntarily enroll in their major and those who voluntarily enroll in their major.There is no significant difference in academic self-efficacy between grade and student cadre.4.Gender differences.Girls and boys have significant differences in the dimensions of learning motivation and personal achievement.There is no significant difference in time management disposition between girls and boys.There is no significant difference between girls and boys in learning ability self-efficacy and learning behavior self-efficacy,and there is no significant difference between girls and boys in academic self-efficacy.5.There are significant correlations among learning motivation,time management disposition and academic self-efficacy of Hui secondary vocationalschool students.Academic self-efficacy has some mediating effects on learning motivation and time management disposition.Finally,this study combines the author's own work experience,refers to previous studies,and combines the characteristics of secondary vocational students,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance learning motivation,improve students' time management,and improve students' academic self-efficacy.
