quality　education　of　students　is　the　most　important　content　of　physical　education.　At　the　same　time,　quality　education　of　students　is　a　problem　that　must　solve　and　explore.　Through　investigating　present　situation　about　middle　school　physical　education,　physical　excise　and　training　after　class.　quality　of　teachers,　physical　device　and　equipment;　through　investigating　of　paper　about　560students　and　140　teachers　in　the　28　middle　schools.　Result　of　investigation　and　analysis　shows:　control　of　physical　education;　quantity　of　class　is　not　enough　in　the　part　of　school;　capital　of　equipment　and　precinct,　expense　of　physical　education　is　very　low　than　the　level　of　government;　treatment　of　most　of　teachers　is　not　eligible;　attitude　of　students　is　nonchalant.　Students　master　and　understand　the　less　knowledge　of　physical　education.　This　kind　of　present　situation　has　chained　healthy　development　of　physical　education　and　has　no　benefit　to　deepen　the　reform　of　physical　education,　this　article　in　accordance　with　these　shortcomings　and　put　forward　some　solutions　in　order　that　they　may　be　helpful　to　the　further　improvement　of　this　kind　of　situation.
