The Investigation And Study On The Change Of Teachers' Roles In The Reformation Of Basic Course

The 21^st century has already come, the reformation of elementary education has been coming on a global scale. It is known that International competition has become more and more bitterly. All of the countries have started their own reformations. If they don't, they will lose the greatest chances of development. So each of them has paid attention to the development of education and personnel training. At the moment, the change of teachers' roles in the reformation of basic course has become the focus in the educational field around the word.In our country , the steps of basic course reformation has become faster and faster. It requires that teachers have to change their traditional roles in modern educational times to suit for the new basic course.In my thesis ,I use the reformation of basic course as the background of the change of teachers' roles. And do the investigation and study on the agreement of theory and practice. In order to give some advice on how to change teachers' roles better in the reformation of basic course .
