In China, there are a large number of new teachers entering into the school annually, however, some new teachers can not adjust themselves timely to accommodate the new surrounding. The new teachers need to experience a process of organizational socialization, which not only directly affects the new teachers’ professional development, but also impact the teaching quality of school education. This study introduces organization socialization into teachers’ group, emphatically discusses the learning situation of new teachers in organizational socialization in four dimensions, analyzes the influence factors of their learning situation, so as to provide feasible suggestions for the effective new teacher induction education. This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey, using questionnaire of new teachers’ organizational socialization investigation to test215new teachers of primary and middle schools in Zhejiang province, and is supplemented by interview method. It is found that the new primary and secondary school teachers’ organization socialization situation needs to be improved further. Under the population statistics variable analysis, there are no significant differences among the three variables, that are, the new teachers’ gender, whether they are head teachers or school master. The longer the new teachers teach, the higher degree of their organizational socialization. The new teachers who have1-2years’ teaching age are in the most critical period of change. Different degree of new teachers exist significant differences in organizational socialization content master. New teachers’ organizational socialization content learning condition is influenced by both of situational factors and individual factors, among which situational factors have a greater influence in teachers’ school work and master of knowledge than individual factors do. But when referring to role recognize and interpersonal relationship, the individual factors influence greater than situational factors.Based on the conclusions of the survey, we propose the corresponding strategies to improve the New Teachers’ education from the two aspect of situational factors and individual factors, in order to elevate the level of new teachers’ organizational socialization.
