Paying attection to infants' healthy conditions is the obligation and responsibility of society and citizens who should do. How to develop athletics program scientifically and efficiently in kindergartens is the need so country, nation and the self-development of infant' quality. The analysis of the laws If the development of infants' body and its related factors not only is the significant pant If monitoring national institutions, but also puts a research topic for infants' education workers to study .This paper, through on-the-spot survey method, interview method, analyzes the condition of infants' institutions of LanZhou kindergartens, finds out the shout and puts forward the strategies and advice to solve the problems.It can divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction.
