| With the fast develoment of society, the level of material and spiritual civilization have raisen largly.The life style of all the trades and professions has been changing. The ill life style including unreasonable meal,excessive smoking,absence sporting, too much calories and so on has became the inducible occasion of suffering from hypertension, coronary disease, fat, diabetes mellitus, therioma and so on, being the dangerous factors affecting the health of pepole.In our research,we used documem method, questionnarie investigation method, interview investigation method, mathematics and physics statistic law,ect,exploring the current condition of lfe style and health of teachers in higher institution, researching how life style influences the health.We used the logistic regression analysis to research the relevance of life style and health condition. We want to provide the scientific accordance for raising the health condition of all the teachers in higher institution, avoiding the bad influence of life style affecting the health cindition.For the research of life style and health condition, we choose eating habits, somking, alcohol drinking, sports, sleep quality, pressure of working, recreation and so on as the affecting content of health condition which including bones system, cardiovascular system, digestive system and everyday mental state. In this text,we have these conclusion:1, The life style factors that affect the health condition of teachers in part of the higher institution in Jinan are somking,eating habits, drinking, sports, sleeping, pressure of working and so on;2, Single factor logistic regression analysis shows that the health condition is associated with somking, eating habits including of eating fruits, vegetables, alcohol drinking, sports, sleep quality, pressure of working, recreation;3, Multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that the independent risk factors of sufferring from an illness are somking, eating habits including of alcohol drinking, eating less fruits and vegetables, no sporting, bad sleep quality, pressure of working. Drinking tea, doing sports, enough sleep, relaxed and optimistic mentality of life can downregulate the danger of sufferring from an illness.4, Teachers in higher institution should do some physical exercises in their leisure time;Establish the right structure of eating, nurturancing good habit of eating; Stop somking and drinking alcohol as far as possible; Keep on a relaxed and optimistic mentality of life, making some entertainment in leisure time.Every university should pay attention to the guidance of correct llife style, taking steps positivly to promote the level of the teachers in higher institution. |
