Tasked-based teaching method, which was developed in 1980s, is a branch of Communicative teaching approach. Using this method, teacher can design specific and can-do tasks according to certain communicative language the items. Networked learning environment can bring colorful teaching material to class instruction. This paper tries to find the best way of the integration between network environment and Task-based teaching method.This paper has six parts. In the first part, the paper gives a general idea of the relative theories. From part two to part five, the paper discusses about Task-based teaching method; the basis of the integration of class instructions and networked learning environment and the practice of Task-based teaching method in the networked learning environment. Through the discussion of the origin of the method, the definition of "task" and the teaching principle, the paper wants to find why Task-based teaching method is suitable for our students. Through the discussion of the different theoretical basis of integration of class instruction and networked learning environment, the paper provides a deep understanding of the necessity of the integration. Through the experiments and analysis of the result, the paper hopes to set up a teaching model and find the papers way to be further implored. The aim of the study is to bring out the interests of our students, tries to help them build self confidence and develop their self-study ability. Thus they can have efficient studying strategy. The students can study in a new and happy environment. With the accomplishment of tasks of different level, they can master the language better.
