With the deepening of Chinese basic education, the professionalism growth of mathematics teaches is becoming people's focus. The author of this article re-experience of the study of higher mathematics and modern mathematics highlighting knowledge structure, as well as carrying out questionnaire and research. Moreover, all mathematics teachers are mobilized to organize specific activities and conduct research into example teaching, trying to seek mathematics teachers' further education content and mode under the new curriculum theory, which has harvested periodic fruits. Meanwhile, we try to explore efficient measures of middle school mathematics research from " high viewpoints ". This article points out the significance of middle school mathematics research from " high viewpoints ": the key way of action research of middle mathematics teachers; promoting the restructure of mathematics teaching and research group and the professional growth of mathematics teachers; helping improve mathematics teachers' development ability in basic teaching materials; and helping the students create exploring study capability and innovation spirit. In this case, middle school mathematics teachers will reach the goal of self- development and lifelong development, which is a beneficial supplement to the training and professional development of middle school mathematics teachers. The practice of Fuqing No Three School has demonstrated that the professional qualities and business abilities can be enhanced by way of carrying out middle school mathematics research from " high viewpoints ".
