The goal, content, method and administration of teaching in normal school have a series disadvantages because of the unreasonable curriculums. Normal school couldn't have effective quality-oriented education and cultivate middle school teachers who have reasonable quality structure and higher level to meet the need of modern education enterprise without solving the problems of curriculum. Today it's more meaningful to study seriously the development of normal school's curriculum system when some comprehensive universities are going to join the cultivating works of middle school teachers.The curriculum of normal school generally contains major curriculum, cultural basic curriculum and education curriculum, which aim to foster the cultural quality that a middle school teacher needs to have. In the three kinds of curriculums education curriculum have the character of normal education that foster not only researchers but also educators. It will affect the quality of middle school teacher in the future and the development of normal school education in the 21st century and moral character and brightness of hundreds of millions of children whether the education curriculum structure of normal school is reasonable, so reasonable education curriculum structure of normal school has great realistic value. In this article some investigations about mathematics teacher's quality in Changchun middle school and education curriculum condition on several normal schools were carried out, new requirements and confines of the current curriculum system were analyzed, and some reform strategies of normal school's curriculum structure were explored. All that draw lesson from the experiences of teacher development in the major developed countries and combined with the actual situation of middle school and normal school in our country. Such as renewing the textbook and forming a series; condensing the curriculum to alleviate burden of students; developing the quality of teaching practice curriculum to construct a new mode of teaching practice; emphasizing teaching skills curriculum to improve the flexibility of teaching method; improving the mastery and consciousness of curriculum theory; exerting the function of groups to launch the second classroom activity curriculum.
