The teaching methods of completely and harmoniously development of new curriculum comply with the aspirations of our society. The new curriculum reforms to advocate active participation, initiative exploration and independent cooperation and emphasize the dynamic formation of teaching and the linkage between curriculum and daily life. The core of new curriculum changes the theory of "teacher-textbook-students" into "teacher-students-textbook". Teachers have been becoming the promoter, participator and director of learning activities. According to the theories of broadcasting and learning ,"Learning-guiding— Self-realizing" Teaching Model creates activities, competition team-work in class. Every student get hope, happiness success and skills of learning English. "Learning-guiding—Self-realizing" Teaching Model of Junior English meets the new curriculum of essential features independence, cooperation and exploration. It helps English teachers solve the problems in teaching practice. Therefore, the author based himself on true experiment of new curriculum, the present situations of new curriculum in Fuzhou, deeply analyzes the basical methods, direction of practice, tactics of implement, essential ideas and other things concerned.
