| The reform of classroom teaching is the core of new curriculum reform.In class, to promote the development of students,3dimensions goals shouldbe put into effect, control study should be taken the place of by learningsupport, the high-efficient class should be built and students’ learningautonomy, initiative and creativity should be awakened and stimulated and atthe same time they are respected and the enthusiasm of the students aremobilized. The study object of this essay is the teaching modelof “Guiding·Teaching·Evaluating Three-Dimension-in-One in No.1MiddleSchool, relatively systematically analyzing in theory. It combines theteaching practice of ideological and political education under this model andillustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the model and put forwardsome measures to deal with these problems.There are four sections. The first part is to introduce the connotation ofthe teaching model of “Guiding Learning Evaluating Three-Dimension-in-One†implemented by No.1Middle School of Hohhot. The second partincludes theoretical basis for this model, separately carrying out Thetheoretical analysis from the perspective of the key goals of classroomteaching reformã€the pursuit of valueã€the sociological significanceã€analysisof organizational behaviorã€psychological basis and the value of education.The third one is about an example of one ideological and political education class, illustrating the actual application of this model and analyzing theadvantages and disadvantages of teaching practice under the model. The lastone is about some approaches to improving the model from the perspective ofthe design of guiding students with learning plan〠teachers’ professionaldevelopment〠the construction of teaching type organizationã€improvingclassroom teaching evaluation system. It also provides some reference forteachers and schools involved in this kind of model at present. |
