Comparatively speaking, MPA in china is a little bitter later than other professional degrees, but the development speed is so fast. The international usage name is Master of Public Administration. In comparison with other administration degrees, they are all in the same level, but belong to the different types. And they are put particular emphasis on the different aspects. MPA have specific demand and quality level in such respects as the train objective, recruiting the target, courses offered, the mode of training etc. To be different from the train require of teaching or scientific research cultivation, MPA put emphasis on directly facing to the field of public management. The development of the international MPA is riper. There are so much beneficial experience that be worth to use for reference in the respects of localization of the MPA, the pattern of running school, course offered, the method of teaching, teacher quality and the way of train. The MPA of our country is still a fresh thing, a lot of respects are not still very ripe, and there are a lot of questions. We should fully combine the national conditions of our country and concrete practice while using for reference beneficial experience in the world, and form a set of educational and teaching methods of MPA with Chinese characteristics.This paper follows proposed the question, the analysis question and solve the question mentality, and adopted the method of literature survey study, literature summary study and historical study and so on. From these six respects including of reforming enrollment system and expanding autonomy of the train unit; improving the train pattern to raise the quality of training; strengthening the writing of the academic dissertation and the management of oral examination; strengthening the building of the teachers' and recommending school enterprise's jointly training; setting up the scientific and systematic setup of evaluation; and so on strengthening the international exchange and cooperation, it must to be strengthen and improve the MPA education of our country constantly, form a benign cycle of development and progress, and improve the overall level of the MPA in our country constantly.
