Recently the government adapts to the request of the socialism market-economy and expands the scale of highly education. So the Highly Occupational and Technological college is a highly education institution that specially trains highly occupational and technological person.For the sake of improving and strengthening the ideological and political education of the Highly Occupational and Technological college, this thesis compares it with that of the common university. Based on the comparison of the background, the aims, the contexts, the methods and the systems, this thesis makes out some revelations.
