With the development of The Times,the country attaches more and more importance to the ideological and political education of the youth.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of ideological and political courses in universities on many occasions,and also made important speeches on the responsibilities and missions of ideological and political teachers.Attaching importance to and strengthening ideological and political education,and giving full play to the function of ideological and political education,ideological and political teachers play a vital role in this practice.Colleges and universities should earnestly run ideological and political courses,teachers should shoulder and assume the responsibility of educating people for the country,through good ideological and political courses,improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political course teaching,to implement the fundamental task of China's education,promote students to become adults.Therefore,as the core of the key courses to publicize the party's and the country's major policies,ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities are the main force to actively carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the main relying force for the implementation of the Party's line,principle and policy.The research of this topic plays a very important role in promoting the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political theory course in Xinjiang universities as well as the development and progress of the ideological and political theory course teachers in Xinjiang universities.Through field investigation and data processing,it is concluded that some ideological and political course teachers in Colleges and universities in Xinjiang lack occupational happiness to a relatively low degree,which should attract the common attention of all sectors of society.This topic in the correct guidance of the principle and methodology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,on the basis of marxist theory of happiness,reading extensively to find topics related literature at home and abroad,in xinjiang was conducted in 344 teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities,combined with questionnaire investigation research and interview survey method.This topic is closely centered on the theme of "Career happiness of Ideological and political theory teachers in Xinjiang Universities",which includes the following five parts:The first part: clarify the research background and significance of this topic,summarize the current research status and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on this topic,and elaborate the research ideas,innovation points and difficulties of this topic.The second part: defines and expounds the core concepts and theoretical basis of this paper,and further discusses the necessity of improving the career happiness of ideological and political theory teachers in Xinjiang universities on this basis.The third part: empirical research.Based on the questionnaire and interview results of 344full-time ideological and political theory teachers in six universities in Xinjiang,this partsummarizes and analyzes the overall status of occupational happiness of ideological and political theory teachers in Xinjiang.The fourth part: according to the research results,analyzes and sorts out the problems existing in the career happiness of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in Xinjiang,and makes a deep analysis of its influencing factors.The fifth part: based on the empirical investigation of Xinjiang university ideological and political theory teachers career happiness research,in-depth analysis of its existing problems and influencing factors and put forward feasible countermeasures.
