Research Of Realization Mode Of Human Resources Management By The Communist Party Of China In Counties

As an important part of regional development in our country, counties have many resources such as natural resources, economical resources, cultural resources and social resources. So they can go into productive and non-productive activity independently. As the most active function, the human resources of counties are the First Cause in the development of counties. The management and exploitation of human resources is the fundamental drive of regional development. Talents are the important constitutes of human resources. The management of human resources by the Communist Party of China is to play a leading effect and unit all kinds of society's strength in order to providing intelligent support. With the view of party committee of county, the thesis uses the successful experience of other counties and other countries for reference, analyses the actuality of human resources of counties, and study the point of action, orientation and realization mode of human resources. The purpose of this study is to innovate the realization mode of talents, advance the development of economy and society of counties.The paper has six parts.
