The human resources management of universities is not only one of theschool basic supervisory jobs, but is the leader's basic job. Its developmentdirectly affects the school quality and its survival in the competition.Firstly, the article introduces some ideas on the university humanresources, and summarizes there are two kinds of basichuman-resource-patterns in university,namely, rigid management andflexible, management. Then, based on the unharmonious voice existing in thecourse of university development, it points out that it's necessary torenovate the current management patterns. The article indicates that thepattern of harmonious management is one pattern, which is more comprehensivethan flexible management style and suited for the modern development. Theharmonious management pattern also expands the system management, andrefines the theories on human-based management as well. The harmoniousmanagement pattern will enhance the teacher's development in highereducation institution. Finally, the article puts forward some ideas abouthow to constructthe harmonious management in university, and also pointsout its mechanisms to practice.
