Modern Adult Education Process Management And Performance Evaluation Research

Recently, the adult education has been more and more important during the development of modern social and economy. In those various training projects, the organizers and the participants all focus on how to make the projects more effective. In fact, that how to strengthen the process management and how to improve the performance is a key point.The author believes that the adult education & training is a systems engineering with the core of strengthening the scientific process management, which starts from initiating the objective clearly and training needs analysis. The project will be successful by strengthening the management process in training methods, training resource allocation, training tools selection and training technique improving. As an organizer of the training, he must pay more attention to the management when designing the training project, he must also be conscious of scientific management and exert the enthusiasm of trainees in order to make the training activities available and improve the performance of the adult education & training.The paper is composed of 6 chapters. Chapter 1 describes why the paper is selected and the internal and overseas researching status quo. Chapter 2 describes the history of the adult education, status in quo and the problem in the management. Chapter 3 focus on how to strengthen the management process which include establishing the new theory, making a perfect analysis, carrying out the whole process quality control etc. Chapter 4 describes the participant methods. Chapter 5 analyses the main factor of influence of training performance and also gives a practical example of how to evaluate training performance. Chapter 6 describes the issue related with the strengthening the mechanism.
