It is difficult for woman graduates to find a job, which becomes a social problem recently while arosing wide attention in all social circles. At the same time, social capital theory has been zealled for many socialists since last century. An intact system hasn't come into being recently in the field of social capital and job-hunting for woman graduates, such as, there is few study to apply correlated theories of foreign socialists to the problem of Chinese woman graduates; the research of the Chinese academicians always stick on depicting the essence, and limiting on the generic statistical description and single comparative analysis even if analyzing the quantity ; the study of domestic academicians is too macroscopic and more rely on subjective judgement , less verify with excess syndrome for the essence of the problem. For the sake of systematic research in the working of social capital, the article is based on the data of woman graduates of five university in Fuzhou, including the agricultural, engineering, commercial, medicine, humanity universities. And then it chooses the working of social capital in the network of woman graduates' job-hunting as a view, and combides the social focus and academic hot topic with deep analyse and macroscopic grasp. The article detects the ownership and the working of the social capital, describing the characteristics and tredency, and then compares different groups with comparative study in the aspects of job-hunting situation, the acquaintance and return of the social capital, labor resource capital, and discusses the exterior and interior factors. On the other hand, the article dissects the practical soil for the discrimination in the process of the woman graduates' job-hunting in the sight of longtime-reformed Chinese culture. At last, the article sees the woman graduates as an potential weak group, discusses the strong concern for them. At the same time, it analyses several relations between inviting applications for job and social capital, the formal and informal ways of job-hunting, social capital and labor resource capital. And it brings forward advises and intervene measures for the harmony society.
