Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.As the main force of national construction,higher vocational students' employment is worth paying attention to.In recent years,the overall employment situation of higher vocational students is good,but there are still problems such as imperfect employment market,lack of employment guidance and low employment quality.Compared with urban vocational college students,rural vocational college students have less employment capital,lower employment quality and tend to be weak in employment.In combination with the current national targeted poverty alleviation policy,it is an urgent problem to be solved that how to provide precise assistance to the employment problem of rural vocational college students,how to improve the employment quality of rural vocational college students,and how to reduce the difference between urban and rural employment.In order to explore the relationship between employment capital and employment quality of higher vocational students,family capital,human capital,social capital and psychological capital were taken as independent variables and employment quality as dependent variables.With the help of SPSS data analysis tool and Mplus latent variable modeling tool,the influence of employment capital on employment quality was studied.According to the self-compiled questionnaire on employment of 529 vocational college students,it can be found that there are differences between urban and rural employment capital of vocational college students,and there are certain differences in statistical variables such as household registration type,family location and per capita monthly income.There are differences in the employment quality of vocational students between urban and rural areas,and there are certain differences in the statistical variables of the employment quality,such as the household registration type before enrollment,the per capita monthly income of the family,and the location of the school.There are differences in employment quality among vocational college students with different employment capital stock.Family capital and psychological capital have significant positive predictive effect on employment quality of vocational college students.In order to further explore the individualized factors affecting the employment quality of vocational students,students with good and poor employment status in urban and rural areas were selected as the research objects.Through the case study of eight students,it is found that: human capital is the key factor to improve the quality of employment: the most important reason for the employment difficulties of vocational students is the lack of ability,the most important characteristic of the successful employment is solid professional foundation,and personal comprehensive ability is high.The accumulation of social capital contributes to the improvement of employment quality.On the basis of the above research and analysis,the following Suggestions are put forward: Policies to improve employment and ensure the employment quality of vocational students;Increase the stock of social capital to adapt to industrial upgrading and transformation;Narrow the difference of family capital and improve the employment disadvantage of rural vocational college students;Increase the stock of human capital and optimize the quality of higher vocational education;Improve the level of psychological capital and encourage vocational students to grow into talents.
