With the prosperity of knowledge economy and the decreasing of employment, the investment of folk education springs up. Different kinds of training organizations go through a hard developing process, and finally become prosperous, just like that a flicker of fire gradually develops into ablaze prairie. The folk education and training organizations set off a period of "post-educational qualifications", which has changed the traditional education views and helps people to realize the urgent needs of constantly study. The increasing training army has formed a large educational training market. With the gradual growth of "Goldmine Effect", the scale of the training market expands as fast as of supersonic speed. At the same time, the prosperity of folk education and training organizations has produced a particular corporate culture, which results from the harmonization and conflict of the commercial and educational ethics. It's inevitable for the competition among the training organizations to become fierce. Such kind of competition is not for the enterprise scale but the brand and the corporate culture. That means those who own the first-class corporate culture will compete successfully all the time. The study of the corporate culture of the folk education and training organizations will be helpful for normalizing the educational training market. Thus the competition will become orderly and the competitiveness of the folk education and training organizations also will be intensified. Through the folk education and training organizations, more and more excellent human resources will be produced for Chinese economy.The thesis is to study the company culture of the folk education and training organizations from five parts. The first part is introduction, which mainly raises the problems. This part shows the contemporary situation and significance of the corporate culture of the folk education and training organizations, and defines the relevant study subjects and theory. The second part is to explore the development process of the folk education and training organizations, and finds out the cause and social background of it. This part also predicts the developing trend of the folk education andtraining organizations in the future. The third part is to analyze the characteristics of the corporate culture of the folk education and training organizations-encouragement, folk and harmony, which make it different from other corporate cultures. Through the analysis of these characteristics, we can find out the regularity of the construction of the corporate culture. The forth part is to analyze the contemporary situation of the folk education and training organizations. There are some sightless "Enclosure Movement" in the training market, which results in the credit crisis of the folk education and training organizations, and make it have ecological unbalance. The analysis of the contemporary situation of the corporate culture will stir up the vigilance of the relevant experts. The fifth part is to provide some strategies for the construction of the corporate culture of the folk education and training organization. Through the analysis of the characteristics and contemporary situation of the corporate culture of the folk education and training organizations, the thesis provides some referential model patterns for it.
