The Research On Total Credit System And The Training Of Innovative Talent In University

As a new type of teaching management system, total credit system has fully embodied the teaching running mechanism and management pattern of "regarding students as foundation", individualized instruction, promoting personality and awarding excellent & eliminating inferior. It can not only train students' innovative mind, complex quality and practical ability, but also can fully motivate the initiative and creativity of both teachers' teaching and students' learning. Then it will grow evitable into the choice of colleges' training complicated talents the society needs in modern society of China.By analyzing track and traits of the development of total credit system, combining current status about total credit system's operation, and summarizing its experience and imbibing its lessons, the author has explored the feasibility and necessity of the operation of total credit system. In the end, it discusses on how to improve credit system and how to make it more and more suitable.The paper is divided into three parts:Part one includes preface and the first chapter. It briefly discusses the connotation, developing track, several sorts and the advantages and disadvantages of total credit system.Part two first introduces some universities operation circumstance on total credit system in China. Then elaborates the difficulties and problems that total credit system encounters in detail discussing from the internal and external factors of universities, in the end it mainly discusses the feasibility and necessity of total credit system.Part three, first, briefly discusses the relation between total creditsystem and the training of the innovative talent, then it discusses that we must improve current teaching management system in order to apply total credit system preferable. First, we must abide by "regarding students as foundation" on education ideas;then we should put credit charging system, credit exchanging system, tutorial system of undergraduate and elective system into practice. In the end, it briefly discusses that we should make total credit system more and more suitable when it is applied.
