Comprehensively improve the overall quality of undergraduate and cultivate high-quality innovative talents to adapt to the needs of the rapid development of world science and technology and adapt to market economy in economic construction and cultural construction, which is a hot issue of teaching reform in the current undergraduate institutions. At present, as far as the teaching level concerned, how to cultivate the spirit of innovation, awareness of innovation and innovation capability has become the key to the reform of undergraduate teaching. as a new type of teaching management system, credit system's advantages are mainly embodied in the following aspects:1.Taking the students as the center in the training of object; 2.Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in the training methods; 3.Paying great attention to the student individuality in the cultivating goal; 4.Initiating independent research in the way of learning; 5. Emphasizing diversity and flexibility in teaching methods.It not only develops students' spirit of innovation, overall quality and practical ability, and can fully mobilize the initiative and creativity of both teachers and students.credit system has become inevitable choice of developing socially innovative talents in today's China universities.Looking at the various drawbacks of training mode of the old higher education in China and the contemporary needs of our innovative talents training, we find sharp contradictions exist between them easily, which seriously restricts the construction of an innovative China, so reform of the existing higher education training model and adapting to the modern and innovative training requirements are the urgent task of undergraduate institutions in the Undergraduate innovative talents training in. View of the unique advantages of the credit system management training in the creative talents and the status of implementation in Chinese universities. In this paper, studying credit system management implemented in domestic and foreign undergraduate institutions to explore and summarize particular advantages of innovative talents training, combined with the experience of implementation of the credit system in China.The author compares the differences of the credit system teaching mode of innovative Talents in Western countries and China by horizontal comparison to areas. Then the author compares the differences of innovative talents cultivation before and after implementing the credit system in China. Through comparison of the above, the author point out that the implementation of credit system management in China is the only way to cultivate creative talents. Meanwhile, the author makes a brief analysis on ideology and concept of education in the Chinese history of education which have a profound effect on Chinese and finds many educational ideas are also rich in ideas of innovative talent training,they offer the basis of historical materials that the author argues the implementation of innovative talents cultivation in china's colleges,and it also further strengthened the author's confidence of construction of undergraduate Creative Talents mode in China.So how to implement the teaching management of credit system? After carding and categorizing the scattered and specific implementation of measures to be a Creative Talents which have implemented in the credit management process in China's undergraduate teaching institutions, through the investigation,documentation and other methods, the author promotes then to the theory height by theoretical thinking and forms the guidelines and principles of undergraduate Creative Talents mode in China. Eventually, under the guidance of these basic guidelines and principles, the author attempts to build a set of undergraduate creative Talents modes with Chinese characteristics under the teaching mode of credit system.
