With the development of society, people are paying more and more attention to preschool education. The problem of the single gender structure of infant teachers has aroused great concern from people, so a lot of questions are gradually emerging from the gender imbalance of infant teacher structure. Why the gender structure of infant teachers will be simplified, what brings the detrimental effects after that and how to change this kind of bad situation, how to train the male teachers of the kindergarten, and how to attract them to pursue this lofty and glorious career are the urgent problems to be solved at present.On the basis of analyzing the evidence of a large amount of documents and materials and through investigation, this text presents the present current situation of teacher gender structure in the kindergarten as shown as: The gender structure is seriously imbalanced, people in society are not surprised with the feminized teachers in the kindergarten at all, kindergartens have no demands for male teachers, etc.It exposes the many detrimental factors in the infant's future adulthood, infant education development, management in kindergartens caused by simplifying of the infant teacher gender structure by analyzing the detrimental effects and the employing of male teachers in the kindergarten, and find out the main reasons of society's attitude to infant education and unscientific prejudice to male teachers.It puts forward a feasible countermeasure by building a good educational environment, strengthening policy guidelines, emphasizing preschool scientific research and preschool popularization of disseminating knowledge, paying more attention to male teachers' training and attracting more male teachers to join the preschool fields, inorder to achieve the goal of optimizing the gender structure of the infant teachers in the kindergarten at present.
