Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Preschool Gvmnastics Course In Beiiine Vocational Colleges

In our country's current "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education",it is mentioned that the purpose of infant physical education is to enhance the health of infants and cultivate their interest in participating in sports activities,so as to enrich their activities.According to the needs of preschool physical education,students of preschool majors must master the necessary educational ability of physical education.For the teachers who teach preschool courses,we should consider the actual teaching situation in kindergartens to improve students' comprehensive teaching ability,and smoothly realize the good integration of students' campus life and social career choices.In this paper,through literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods.According to the development of preschool Gymnastics Curriculum in Beijing secondary vocational schools,this paper makes an analysis and study from the teaching objectives,teaching content,class hour arrangement,teaching methods,teaching conditions,teaching evaluation and other aspects.The results show that: 1.In some schools,the goal of preschool Gymnastics Curriculum for preschool children is not clear,and the teaching content is incomplete,which can not reflect the characteristics of preschool specialty.2.In the course of curriculum implementation,the arrangement of class hours lacks rationality,neglecting students' theoretical teaching and ability training;teachers' teaching methods lack innovation,failing to highlight students' principal position;curriculum evaluation system is imperfect,focusing on results evaluation and lacking students' learning process evaluation 3.The survey shows that 10% of the total teachers are related to gymnastics,and that there is a shortage of specialized teachers,and that teachers lack relevant content of early childhood Gymnastics in their further study.40% of the school hardware facilities can not meet the needs of students in class and lack of auxiliary training equipment.4.The competent department of education compiles the teaching materials of preschool Gymnastics Curriculum for preschool children.Schools adjust the curriculum objectives,teaching contents and school hours according to the teaching materials to highlight the characteristics of preschool gymnastics.5.Improve teaching methods,attach importance to the cultivation of students' abilities,incorporate various teaching methods,and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability.Increase the evaluation of students' learning process and learning ability,and increase the proportion of theoretical assessment results.6.Streng then the training of specialized teachers,improve teachers' teaching ability,and provide opportunities for teachers to learn from each other.We should pay more attention to disciplines,invest more in disciplines' hardware facilities and improve the construction of teaching environment.
