Education always exists as the role of pioneers and cornerstones in the history of theChinese nation to modern civilization. Along with National Platform for Long-termEducational Reform and Development Plan, preschool education got attention from thegovernment and the public. Normal major is the most important part of preschool educationand it’s crucial to research student management. According to students’ characteristics, it isvery pressing to improve their comprehensive quality. Facing the transformation of preschoolteachers and preschool education, every form teacher must think over how to comply with therequirements, get rid of the difficulties, keep pace with the times and bring forth new ideasconstantly to work.Due to the factors of the current severe moral environment, lack of ideals, mental issuesand job burnout, preschool teachers have many shortcomings in professional quality,management experience, stability, management systems, etc. This thesis analyzes the currentsituation and discuss working methods from the aspects: how to build moral environment,enhance ideal education, cultivate psychological quality, guide students’ rational use ofInternet, develop the education of adolescency, update management ideas and evaluationmechanisms. The author visited four vocational schools setting preschool major, and made asurvey and sum up some practical countermeasure.
