The new curriculum standard explicitly proposed that trained student's full facets development and student's cultivation of originality as the key point of new turn of curriculum reforms. The training of problem-awareness is the premise and the key of the training of the cultivation of originality. The investigation result showed that, student's problem-awareness serious is insufficient. As this, I have further on exploration and the research to the student problem-awareness.The paper mainly discussed problem-awareness and the cultivation of originality raise of the high school student. It mainly includes the following several aspects: First, discourse the concept of question, problem-awareness and cultivation of originality, as well as problem-awareness which is of importance and the necessity of cultivation of originality. Second, through the questionnaire survey form, carries on the investigation to the present situation of high school student's problem-awareness, and the union investigation statistics result, has analyzed the reason of the student problem-awareness deficiency, mainly includes the idea barrier, the information barrier, the teacher authoritative barrier, the pedagogical barrier, the student the skill of raise question barrier and etc. Third, it discusses the significance and the feasible method to train problem-awareness of the high school student.
