The new curriculum standard explicitly proposed that trained student's full facets development and student's cultivation of originality as the key point of new turn of curriculum reforms. The training of problem-awareness is the premise and the key of the training of the cultivation of originality. The investigation result showed that, student's problem-awareness serious is insufficient. As this, I have further on exploration and the research to the student problem-awareness.The paper mainly discussed problem-awareness and the cultivation of originality raise of the high school student. It mainly includes the following several aspects: First, discourse the concept of question, problem-awareness and cultivation of originality, as well as problem-awareness which is of importance and the necessity of cultivation of originality. Second, through the questionnaire survey form, carries on the investigation to the present situation of high school student's problem-awareness, and the union investigation statistics result, has analyzed the reason of the student problem-awareness deficiency, mainly includes the idea barrier, the information barrier, the teacher authoritative barrier, the pedagogical barrier, the student the skill of raise question barrier and etc. Third, it discusses the significance and the feasible method to train problem-awareness of the high school student. Fourth, unifies myself teaching practice, from "multi-dimensional disperses the thought", the reverse thinking, the experiment explores, "the teaching material understood", "problem-solving skill", and so on , by concrete, detailed teaching case, discussed the necessity and the feasibility of the student problem-awareness and the cultivation of originality. Fifth, it discussed the insufficiency of student problem-awareness and the cultivation of originality, and the insufficiency which gives our enlightenment in teaching actively.Indeed, it takes long run and the system process that trained student problem-awareness and the cultivation of originality, in a short year teaching research and the practice, it is inevitable that existence certain limitation and one-sidedness. Onlycan I study this question from the senior school chemistry teaching, then the physics, mathematics also as other disciplines in the teaching, how should train student's problem-awareness and the cultivation of originality?
