| From Jiang Zemin's remarks "Creativity is the spirit of a nation's progress and the inexhaustible motive power for a nation's prosperity ", to general secretary of the CPC Central Committee Hu Jingtao's call to build an innovation-oriented country, the significance of cultivating students' creativity is well explained.Cultivation of students' creativity shall begin with developing those key elements which will shape students' creativity. Existing research has shown us: Creativity= Intelligence × Age × motivation for creation x methodology in creation × Related knowledge. I found that it is not complete. Therefore, my opinion after research and survey: Creativity=Initiative to question x sense of the subject x Positive evaluation x fixing Inspiration, e.g. C=I × S × P× F ......=................Moreover, through my research and survey, it has bee concluded that creativity goes in Proportional to the four key elements: Initiative to question sense of the subject, Positive evaluation, Fixing Inspiration.In regard to each element that I have mentioned, the following thesis has shown methods that teachers use in cultivating each of the above mentioned elements in the class through cases and its analysis.
