Creativity means creative subject, for some potential goal, create somethingoriginal or innovative that fit social demand or individual values. Creative qualityessentially means individual obtain the psychological characteristics and essentialquality acquired,which is internalization, relatively stable and can play a key role increativity. Creative quality is an important part of individual quality, with complexstructure consisted by multiple psychological factors. This research based on theoversea reference, conclude that creative quality is divided into3parts: creativeconsciousness, creativity ability and creativity personality. Creative consciousness is theawareness of creativity, the preparation of creativity and the emotion lead by it;creativity ability means individual ability to create something original or innovative thatfit social demand or individual values; creativity personality is a personalitycharacteristic, which is internalization, relatively stable and can urge individual toachieve creativity.This project aimed at exploring the creative consciousness, creativity ability andcreativity personality structure dimensionality of undergraduates with plaitinginvestigation tools of undergraduates’ creative consciousness, demonstrating thecharacteristic of undergraduates’ creative consciousness. Experiment group--controlgroup pretest/posttest is used, based on the training and development operation schemecourse, verifying the effectiveness of creative consciousness and dimensionality, severalconclusions can be made:1. Creative quality is divided into3parts: creative consciousness, creativity abilityand creativity personality. There are3dimensionalities in creative consciousness:creative awareness, creative emotion and preparation of creativity;3dimensionalities increativity ability: Creative thinking ability, innovation, learning ability, innovation andpractical ability;4dimensionalities in creativity personality: unique, realistic,independent, eager.2. The questionnaire of undergraduates creative consciousness, undergraduatescreativity ability, undergraduates personality have reliability and validity, can be usedto measure creative quality.3. Comparatively, the undergraduates have high level creative consciousness,normal level creativity personality and low level creativity ability. 4. Individuals with different gender, university, grade and student cadre experiencehave different creative consciousness and creativity personality. However, there aresignificant differences between different gender, university, grade and student cadreexperience in creativity ability.5. Creative awareness, creative emotion, creative consciousness and preparation ofcreativity can be improved effectively by training and development course.
